![]() Overall we wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay at this Hilton. There are onsite upgrade options for the pool like daybeds and bottle service, but for it just being the two of us we didn’t feel the need. We would then go grab breakfast, change into our swimsuits and settle in at the pool for the better part of the day. We did find that to have best choice of pool chairs best practice was to arrive early, throw down a towel and a personal item. The pool itself was lovely and overlooked the beach creating the best of both worlds. For lunch most days we chose to eat at the pool and had some of the most delicious ceviche, tacos, and burgers we’ve had while traveling. They remembered our orders day to day, asked us about our visit, continuously checked in to see if we needed anything. At our preferred pool, we were very well taken care of by Omar, Ivan, and Eduardo. ![]() We opted to spend our time at the pool without kid-friendly enticements and play places. The pool facilities occupied much of our experience as our trip was mainly focused on rest and relaxation. Centrally located it was a good spot to see resort friends we had made throughout the day and treat ourselves to a nicer quality pre-dinner cocktail. The other bar that captured our attention was the Lobby bar, which also had the nicest quality liquor as part of the included options. Many of our favorite trip memories were centered around the Maxal bar and Daniel’s drink craft. They were very attentive and helped us celebrate the reason for our trip with joy. On several nights of our stay we had the pleasure to be served by Daniel and Tony. The Maxal bar is located on the restaurant patio which is adjacent to one of the pools. The Maxal restaurant bar and the Lobby bar. For pre or post dinner drinks, we really enjoyed two of the onsite bars above the rest. Our two favorite restaurant options were the Sushi restaurant (Sunan) and the Italian restaurant (La Luce). The waitstaff, hostesses, and bartenders comprise some of the friendliest and most attentive teams I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The restaurants throughout the property have varied and tasty menu options but as an all-inclusive situation often necessitates, there are no Michelin stars here. Hopefully everyone who is rooming together is bosom buddies. The only other strange aspect of the room, which can be seen on the website, is that most of the walls in the bathroom are clear glass. One weird quirk that makes sense, but confused us to no end is that the A/C automatically turns off when the balcony door is opened. The beds were very comfortable and the mini bar was always restocked to the fullest each day. The road from the entrance checkpoint to the hotel is through a beautiful mangrove preserve Our room was a sunset view double queen room on the 5th floor. The very secure property is only a 15 minute ride from the airport and dazzles from the first entrance. Our expectations were blown away by the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive. Definitely a must!…Īs first time travelers to Cancun, my best friend and I weren’t sure what to expect. We took the ferry to isla mujeres and the beach there was just magical. Was told there were wildlife in the area. You can’t control nature but the signs also shows crocodile’s and leemers. I wish there were 2 elevators though felt kind of cramped in there. Overall this place was kid friendly and the rooms the view from our balcony was gorgeous. They did a good job the dancers and singer. The amphitheater had a show it could’ve been better, the heat had me tired. ![]() I wish the lobster and ribeye steak was part of the ayce. I also tried the Auma and the buffet food was also delicious. It was all inclusive mango margarita and the homemade ceviches was delicious. He was very accommodating and helpful and gave us some tips on food and places to visit. ![]() Staff was awesome especially Miguel Lopez. From the valet Angel was super cool, to the room everything was amazing. Not sure if that was suppose to be part of it.
